Shipping policy

We will ensure your order is fulfilled within 24 hours (during business days) after placing your order. You will receive your parcel within 1 – 4 days after shipping. This is however depended on the courier company transporting the goods.

For shipments we use Bobgo which intergrates various courier service providers. Wise eats cannot take responsibility for the courier process, and if a parcel is lost or damaged, Wise eats will ensure that the parcels are replaced at no cost to the customer.

If an order was incorrectly fulfilled, please report it within 3 days after receiving your items. Wise eats will ensure that the parcel is replaced at no cost to the customer.
