The Guarantee will only be paid if less than 70% of the product has been consumed. Wise eats will collect the items you are not happy from you. Once the collection has been done, the refund will be processed after packages have been inspected. At inspection if the product has been mixed with other product/products the refund is automatically null and void.
All products come standard with a 7-Day Warranty. The warranty is a set period for all replacements of defects, or exchanges. In the case that a product has a defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT.
Stockists
We understand that it is sometimes a bit scary to buy online. Which is why we are also on makro marketplace and you can also purchase from that platform although the prices may differ a bit due to fulfilment fees.
